Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: customized charms with letter or number beads by your request including name, initials, zodiac sign, word of choice or phrase cannot be returned. We do not accept products that are personalized upon request.
There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted: products with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition and packaging, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will be refunded to your bank account provided by you, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially received. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dreamsi.eu
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery due to transportation. If you have received broken item due to transportation and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dreamsi.eu
To return your product, you should mail your product to us after you contact us by email and we have processed your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should ship the returned items at your own cost. If you ship the returned goods for our cost and your refund is accepted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item you must use a trackable shipping service of Speedy. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it is shipped to us with tracking shipping service.
